We love our Italian beach photo, but it was the amazing customer service that won me over. We had a little glitch in the frame and I emailed about it during the Christmas holiday. I had a response right away and a replacement a couple of days later. Unfortunately the replacement frame was the wrong color, but no worries, another replacement was there just as fast. We love our prints and cannot wait to get them up on our wall! We ordered the "Free Dive" & "The Come on Through" print in the giant size and they turned out great. We had an issue with the "Come on Through" print, but Brent and team were so helpful and responsive throughout the entire process and got everything sorted out so quickly. I purchased 3 photos from Helm and Oar and LOVE all 3! Brent was so personable and offered the best customer service! They were fast to fulfill my order and I received my prints within a few days. Photo was great but the frame quality not so much. I ordered a white frame and the paint was a bit uneven on the edges where it almost seemed like it was painted over black. Also it seemed that the frame was put together after it was painted and the miter joints of the frame left an uneven join and dark black lines.
I would have ordered more but the price point and quality don’t seem to match.
