Did you purchase order insurance when placing your order? If so, visit: claims.route.com for all of your post-purchase needs.

Route Insurance provides a full-refund or exchange (whichever you prefer) in the event of Lost, Stolen or Damaged products in your order. They also provide excellent shipment tracking and real-time updates on your order.

If you did not opt-in for order insurance, we accept replacements for the following reasons:

  1. Your product arrived visibly damaged.
  2. The product that arrived was not the correct product or size that you initially ordered. (Please provide your order # and a picture of the product you received.)
  3. The product that arrived was misprinted, misaligned, noticeably faded or blurry or any other visible defect. 

PLEASE READ POLICY DETAILS:

Our reorder policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a reorder.

Expedited Reorder Guidelines: 

Your product arrived visibly damaged.

The product that arrived was not the correct product or size that you initially ordered. (Please provide your order # and a picture of the product you received.)

The product that arrived was misprinted, misaligned, noticeably faded or blurry or any other visible defect. 

Because each print and frame is made totally custom to each order, we do not issue refunds due to a change of heart. As previously stated, we do reprint and reship completely free when the issue is due to a production error, poor quality or shipping damage. We will absolutely work with you on an alternative solution in most cases if and whenever possible. 

Shipping: 

Every order ships within 5 business days of placing your order. Shipping times vary depending on shipping address, location, holidays and seasonality. Most orders arrive at your doorstep within 10 business days of placing your order.
