All U.S orders are printed, cut and shipped out of our production facilities in Portland, Oregon, Hawthorn, California and Midway, Florida. All U.K orders are printed, cut and shipped out of our production facility in Cambridge, United Kingdom. All art pieces arrive at your door within 10-12 business days or less from time of purchase. Art Lamps can take 5 to 16 business days to arrive.
Please take into consideration that we do observe major federal holidays, so orders placed directly on a federal holiday will likely be processed and put into our production queue the next available business day.

It takes us 5-7 business days to process orders from the point of purchase to when your product is placed on a UPS truck. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link within 24 hours.

Full refunds are granted if notified via email within 24 hours of placing your order. Email: support@helmandoar.com. Unfortunately we do not except returns for refunds due to a change of heart after that period. Each product is custom-made for each order and we don't hold inventory. *We do offer free reprints and exchanges for a different piece if there is even the slightest sign of damage or imperfection to the matting or print itself.

Our ready-to-hang frames are made out of light-weight solid oak wood. The frames colored: white and black are double-painted with a non-toxic water based paint and acrylic mixture. Our natural "hickory" wood frames are the only frames where the grain is apparent. We offer natural, white and black frame options.
Heavy Photo Paper Specs: Each piece is professionally hand-crafted using giclée printing methods. Archival pigment-based inks on acid-free paper ensures durability without sacrificing quality. Our artwork is printed on a silky smooth, 300gsm matte heavyweight photo paper and tightly fitted into a solid hand-crafted frame made custom to order. Your print arrives at your door ready to hang and shine in any room. We want your art to remain in your care for decades – therefore all of our products are made well and built to last.
All prints come with premium quality, UV protecting glazing (high-grade crystal acryllic). This prevents shattering during shipments or in your home which could create a harmful situation for small children and bare feet. The naked eye cannot tell the difference between high-grade crystal acryllic and normal glass. We want your art to remain in your care for decades – therefore all of our products are made custom to order and made to last.
We provide a lifetime warranty for all of our products site-wide. If your product fades, sags from stretching, yellows or degrades in any way, send us a picture of your product and we will send you another one at zero cost. We purchase all of our substrates from a third party here in the United States and all of our materials are certified and insured with our partners.
