In the artist's words: About 5 years ago I started shooting a series of B&W film photos on a vintage Hasselblad camera, and it’s taught me many things. I really have to slow down for these images… everything is analog, so each shot requires 100% of my attention to expose, compose, focus, etc. The results are nostalgic and timeless, and the black and white forces you to focus on the story more than anything else. To me, there’s a sense of quietness to the images; each a window/portal you could nearly step into.
