Meet Jeannie Albers, art director and photographer
Jeannie Albers is the art director and photographer behind J Albers Studio. She has called herself a dreamer all her life, a resident of imaginary worlds, captivated by stories, sights, colors and textures.
Her creative life began in music and traditional art, and it grew into a career as a visual artist in 2015. Photography is her specialty, but she approaches every project across many art forms.
She believes art is powerful. It can shift a room, a perception, sometimes a whole community.

Dior Dior: the story behind the photograph
In Paris, a pale stone facade rises above the street. A tall window, a wrought iron balcony and one famous name, all in black and white.
Jeannie tries to see the present as if it were already history, and to imagine today as a future generation’s Golden Age. This photograph is that idea, held still. It is our most loved piece of hers.
