Meet Nimit Patel, landscape photographer
Nimit Patel is a Utah-based landscape and aerial photographer. Before photography, he worked as a traveling ICU nurse, caring for trauma patients.
He felt more at home behind a camera in the middle of nowhere than in a busy hospital, and in time he made the leap. Picking up a camera, he found, was what made him feel alive.
His landscapes show the local gems of Utah and icons from around the world, and his work hangs in the Astra Tower in Salt Lake City.

In Scotland, a Highland cow looks straight down the lens. Its long fringe falls over its eyes, and its horns sweep outward in perfect symmetry.
