Meet Taylor Burk, adventure photographer
Taylor Burk is a professional photographer and creator based on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. He has spent more than a decade photographing wild places.
It started on Instagram in 2013, with photos of his travels. Work came in so fast that he left his plumbing apprenticeship to start his own business.
He wants his images to encourage people to enjoy the natural world and to respect it. He works with care for the people, wildlife and landscapes in front of his lens.

The moment
On The Range: the story behind the photograph
On a New Zealand hillside, an old school Land Rover waits in the long grass. The mountains roll away behind it, under a big sky.
Taylor has traveled from New Zealand and Australia to the Dominican Republic and Vietnam. This is the kind of place that adventure leads to: far from the road, and worth the drive.
Hang it where you plan your next one.

At home
Adventure wall art for the living room, and beyond
Rugged, calm and full of open air, these photographs bring the wild indoors.
In a den or basement
On The Range in a light wood frame suits a relaxed room, as one customer found in a renovated basement.
In an office
Over The Top or Confidence Strikes give a desk wall a sense of altitude.
As a pair
Guiding Winds and Over The Top share cool mountain tones, so they hang well side by side.
